Our full-service offers cover all toner, supplies, parts, and labor for our Rentals, Leases, and Maintenance Contracts. Clear Choice employs the #1 Tech Support Team in the industry for Remote Copier Support assistance to make sure your device is operational at all times. Our Remote Computer Support packages include all computer issues from connectivity to malware removal assistance.
Our service agreements have optional software we can install to monitor the toner and supply levels and send us automatic alerts for supply replenishments that are needed so you won’t have to worry about requesting. A secondary option would be manual requests and monthly meter reading requests if the software would not be allowed to be installed on your network.
Everything is included in our service contacts except paper and staples. It also includes all toner, supplies, parts, and onsite labor from our technicians.
We accept Credit Cards, ACH, and Checks. If you would like to get on NET Terms, we have an application you can fill out to get the process started and reviewed for approval. You can request this from your agent.

We have our own employed techs, and you may also use the vetted contracted technicians that we work with for services who have been rigorously tested in the field and are professionally representing our company.
Due to Covid, we have closed all of our showroom floors and at this time do not have an office where we can have our machines tested locally. We can set up a LIVE demo with our team and do a virtual demonstration in real-time with you as an alternative and show you the exact model we are offering so you can see its performance and features in action.
Our technicians are not only certified but also experienced in the models they service. We carefully choose each technician we send to fix any machine issue.
If your machine is under a lease and cannot be repaired, it will be replaced for free with the same or newer model at no expense. If you have a stand-alone maintenance contract only, and a repair costs more than 50% of the cost of the device replacement, then it would not be viable to function again and an upgraded unit would be offered instead.
Only OEM supplies are recommended for quality, reliability, and warranty support as they are precisely designed for your printer, reducing the risk of malfunctions and ensuring consistent, optimized performance.
Yes, we can adjust the print allowance based on your needs or do a Cost Per Click agreement where you only get charged for the prints you used in the previous month so there is no forced allowance or overages. This means you can print as much or as little as you need.
The leases are non-cancelable and need to be fulfilled or Bought Out if you want to cancel early before the end of the term. Stand-alone service contracts can be canceled by either party with a 30-day written notice.
